- Gather and analyze client business requirements and operational workflows.
- Configure and deploy ERP solutions in accordance with client requirements.
- Prepare implementation plans, project documentation, and user manuals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
- Perform data migration, verification, and reconciliation activities.
- Deliver end-user training and provide support during the go-live phase.
- Coordinate with the Development, Support, and Project Management teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor implementation progress and provide regular status updates.
- Address implementation-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,327.07 per month
