Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Electrical Product Trainer to conduct product training sessions for internal teams, dealers, distributors, electricians, and customers. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining training records, preparing technical documentation, and supporting product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions for the Sales, Service, and Technical teams.
- Train electricians, dealers, distributors, and channel partners on product installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare training presentations, manuals, SOPs, and user guides.
- Maintain training attendance records, reports, and documentation.
- Keep records of product samples, training kits, and technical materials.
- Coordinate with the Product Development, Sales, and Service teams for new product launches.
- Provide technical support during exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer visits.
- Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications.
- Collect training feedback and prepare monthly training reports.
- Ensure all training content is updated according to the latest product specifications.
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in product training, technical support, or electrical products.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and presentation skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

Experience: 1–4 Years (Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may also apply)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
