Job Description
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as **Collection Executives**. The role involves contacting customers over the phone and assisting in the recovery of overdue loan payments. This is a telecalling-based position with no field work involved.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments.
* Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment of dues.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
* Resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding payments.
* Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional communication.
Requirements
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
* Basic computer knowledge.
