Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team of telecallers.
- Ability to monitor team performance and achieve lead generation targets.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Experience in call monitoring, team training, and performance management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and track KPIs.
- Handle escalations and support the team in lead conversions.
- Experience in Fintech, Loans, BFSI, or Financial Services preferred.
Key Responsibility:
Lead and manage the telecalling team, ensure target achievement, improve conversion rates, and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
