Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software Test Engineer (QA Tester) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, ensuring software quality, and working closely with developers to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report software defects and bugs.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Ensure applications meet functional, usability, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to improve software quality.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
- Participate in requirement analysis and quality assurance activities.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Software Testing and Quality Assurance concepts.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.
- Ability to identify, document, and report bugs effectively.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Knowledge of API Testing.
- Basic understanding of Automation Testing.
- Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, Postman, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
Eligibility
- Candidates from any educational background may apply (10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, Graduate, or higher).
- Freshers with a strong interest in software testing are welcome.
- Prior experience in software testing or quality assurance is an advantage.
- Skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are more important than educational qualifications.

- Candidate must have their own laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
- Candidate should be available during working hours and capable of attending online meetings.
