We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to strengthen our sales team capabilities and drive business growth through impactful training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product and sales training sessions for sales executives, beauty advisors, distributors, and channel partners.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Train teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, objection handling, and market strategies.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and field observations.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance tracking.
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for new sales employees.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and HR teams for training schedules and development initiatives.
- Support field teams through regular market visits and practical demonstrations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning during training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, or Sales Executive in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and influence teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
