Job Description: Client Operations Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Operations Lead to oversee multiple international client accounts and ensure seamless delivery of services across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, stakeholder management, and service delivery, with the ability to manage client expectations, drive operational efficiency, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Service Delivery
- Ability to manage to different workflows
- Manage client communication, project timelines, and service delivery expectations.
- Conduct regular client reviews and proactively address concerns or escalations.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple accounts and projects.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal processes, and client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage, mentor, and support team members across multiple projects.
- Allocate resources and ensure effective workload management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive accountability and maintain high standards of performance.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and client updates.
- Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Support resource planning, forecasting, and operational reviews.
- Implement best practices to improve delivery quality and team efficiency.
Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Operations, Client Management, Service Delivery, Account Management, or Business Operations roles.
- Experience managing multiple international client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and service delivery targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and project management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
