We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Video Editor to join our Dmarketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content planning, video creation, AI-powered content production, and collaborating with influencers and creators.
The role follows a hybrid work model, where you will work remotely while visiting our office twice every week for full-day collaboration, content production, meetings, and creative planning.

Key Responsibilities:-
Content Creation
- Generate innovative and engaging video content ideas for social media platforms.
- Develop weekly and monthly content plans aligned with marketing objectives.
- Write creative scripts for Reels, Shorts, advertisements, and promotional videos.
- Research current social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio.
Video Production
- Create and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos.
- Produce AI-generated videos using modern AI content creation tools.
- Record presentation videos, product demonstrations, review videos, and educational content.
- Participate in video shoots, product photography, and behind-the-scenes content creation.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and audio enhancements to videos.
Creative Collaboration
- Attend weekly in-office creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and management teams to develop campaigns.
- Coordinate content production during office visits.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and approach influencers, creators, nutritionists, fitness professionals, and other collaboration partners.
- Initiate communication and maintain professional relationships for brand collaborations.
- Track collaboration opportunities and follow up regularly.
Event Coverage
- Participate in company events, exhibitions, promotional activities, launches, and campaigns.
- Capture photos and videos during events for social media and marketing use.
- Assist in planning and creating event-related promotional content.
Content Management
- Organise digital content and creative assets.
- Assist in maintaining the content calendar.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned creative tasks.
Required Skills
- Exceptional creativity and storytelling ability.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools is an advantage.
- Strong scriptwriting and content planning skills.
- Ability to create engaging presentation and review videos.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to the office for scheduled in-person collaboration and attend company events as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Freshers with a strong portfolio or creative projects are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, video editing, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Candidates with an active Instagram, YouTube, or content portfolio will be given preference.
