We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Listing Intern who can help us create, optimize, and manage product listings across online marketplaces.
Role Overview
As a Product Listing Intern, you will work closely with the founder and catalog team to ensure products are accurately listed, optimized for visibility, and maintained according to marketplace standards.
This role is ideal for someone interested in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital operations, and consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities: Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create new product listings on Flipkart and Amazon
- Upload product images and catalog information
- Write product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and attributes
- Ensure category selection and product specifications are accurate
- Maintain listing quality and completeness
Marketplace Optimization
- Conduct keyword research for product listings
- Optimize titles, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Monitor listing performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Track competitor listings and category trends
Data Management
- Maintain product databases and catalog sheets
- Coordinate product information with suppliers and internal teams
- Verify dimensions, specifications, variants, and pricing before publishing
Content Coordination
- Work with graphic designers for product images and infographics
- Ensure product images meet marketplace requirements
- Organize product content and listing assets
Skills RequiredMust Have
- Good written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to follow processes and SOPs
- Basic internet research skills
Preferred
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Familiarity with Canva or image editing tools
