About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, as the role involves content optimization, client communication, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform website audits and identify SEO improvements.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and prepare monthly SEO reports.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Local SEO and eCommerce SEO.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization tools.
