Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior CDP Developer to build, manage, and optimize the Customer Data Platform (CDP) for our Enterprise CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in creating a unified Customer 360 ecosystem, enabling intelligent segmentation, customer activation, and data-driven business insights.
This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP platforms, customer data modeling, identity resolution, and data governance. The candidate will collaborate closely with Data Engineering, CRM, Analytics, and AI teams to deliver scalable and high-performing customer data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data Platform Development:
- Design, develop, and manage Customer 360 data models within the CDP environment
- Build scalable customer profiles by integrating data from multiple enterprise systems
- Configure and optimize customer data pipelines, segmentation logic, and activation workflows
Identity Resolution & Customer Matching
- Implement identity resolution strategies including customer matching, deduplication, and profile unification
- Develop and optimize customer merge logic to ensure accurate and consistent customer records
- Improve customer recognition across channels and touchpoints
Segmentation & Data Activation
- Create and maintain advanced customer segments such as:
- VIP customers
- Churn-risk users
- Loyalty and lifecycle segments
- Personalized marketing audiences
- Enable activation of customer data into CRM, engagement, and marketing automation platforms
- Support personalized campaigns and omnichannel customer engagement initiatives
Data Quality & Governance
- Validate and monitor incoming customer data from upstream systems
- Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Implement governance, consent management, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Maintain compliance with enterprise security and privacy standards
Collaboration & AI Enablement
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams on ingestion, transformation, and integration processes
- Prepare clean, structured, and AI-ready datasets for analytics and machine learning use cases
- Support AI/LLM-based customer intelligence initiatives and custom model integrations where required
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (Mandatory)
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), especially Salesforce Data Cloud
- Strong understanding of:
- Customer 360 concepts
- Customer data modeling
- Identity resolution and data matching techniques
- Experience working with:
- Data pipelines
- Integration teams
