Position: Placement Coordinator
Location: Thrissur & Kannur (Catalyst Branches)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with companies for student placements.
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
- Assist students with placement preparation and job opportunities.
- Track placement records and maintain placement reports.
- Work closely with branch and academic teams to ensure successful student placements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in placements, HR, recruitment, or client coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with employers and students.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
