Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and produce engaging multimedia content tailored to diverse digital audiences.
● Conceptualize and execute compelling storytelling formats across short-form and long-form video platforms.
● Research industry trends, audience behaviour, and relevant topics to create insightful, high-value content.
● Script, structure, and refine video narratives to ensure clarity, engagement and retention.
● Leverage social media insights to optimize content performance and audience growth.
● Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand voice and strategic goals.
● Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine storytelling approaches and improve engagement.
● Stay updated with platform algorithms, emerging trends, and evolving digital formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
● 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or storytelling-driven roles.
● Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing content for social media platforms.
● Portfolio showcasing strong scripting, research and on-camera or multimedia storytelling capabilities. Skills:
● Strong digital storytelling ability with a clear understanding of audience psychology.
● Proficiency in video scripting, content structuring, and narrative building.
● Deep understanding of social media strategy, growth optimization, and engagement techniques.
● Ability to translate research insights into compelling, easy-to-digest content.
● Analytical mindset with experience interpreting platform insights and performance data.
● Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and trend awareness.
Good to have:
● Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
