We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

Lab Technician
Qualification
- DMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / B.Sc or M.Sc microbiology
- Relevant experience in a hospital laboratory is preferred.
- Freshers with good academic records may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations accurately.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to laboratory protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of test results.
- Follow NABH standards and infection control practices.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
