Role Overview
Think201 is looking for a Inside Marketing and Sales Executive who can build and execute targeted B2B lead-generation strategies to support business growth.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, research, and business development. You will be responsible for identifying the right companies and decision-makers, building prospect databases, executing outbound campaigns, running account-based marketing initiatives, and generating qualified business opportunities for Think201.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
- Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries and business segments.
- Build and maintain high-quality databases of target companies and decision-makers.
- Identify relevant stakeholders such as Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Business Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold email campaigns
- Email nurturing sequences
- Industry directories and databases
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value target accounts.
- Continuously research and expand Think201's target account universe.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize targeted B2B campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
This includes:
- Developing industry- and persona-specific messaging.
- Creating cold email sequences and follow-up campaigns.
- Developing LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Personalizing messaging based on the company, industry, role, and business requirement.
- A/B testing subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and campaign approaches.
- Monitoring campaign performance and continuously improving outreach strategies.
You will work with Think201's services across digital marketing, branding, creative, technology, and business growth to develop relevant messaging for prospective clients.
3. Lead Qualification & Sales Pipeline Support
- Qualify leads based on company fit, business requirements, decision-maker relevance, potential opportunity, and buying intent.
- Identify prospects that have genuine potential for Think201's services.
- Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the sales/business team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and campaign activity in the CRM.
- Track prospects throughout the funnel and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
4. Market & Account Research
- Research target companies, industries, competitors, and market trends.
- Understand the business challenges faced by different industries and identify where Think201's services can create value.
- Research company websites, LinkedIn profiles, business announcements, hiring activity, expansion plans, marketing initiatives, and other relevant signals to identify potential opportunities.
- Identify relevant triggers and buying signals that can be used for personalized outreach.
- Build insights that help improve Think201's ICP, targeting, and messaging.
5. Content-Led Demand Generation
Work closely with the content, creative, and strategy teams to develop content that supports lead generation.
This may include:
- Industry-specific case studies
- Client success stories
- Business/marketing insights
- Pitch decks
- Industry reports and whitepapers
- LinkedIn content
- Email content
- Lead magnets and other outbound campaign assets
Repurpose relevant content across LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns to nurture prospects and build credibility.
6. Campaign Analytics & Optimization
- Track key campaign metrics such as:
- Open rate
- Click-through rate
- Reply rate
- Lead conversion rate
- Meetings booked
- Qualified opportunities
- Campaign-to-opportunity conversion
- Analyze campaign performance and identify what is working and what needs improvement.
- Experiment with different industries, personas, messaging, offers, and outreach sequences.
- Maintain regular campaign reports and share actionable insights with the team.
Key Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B demand generation, lead generation, outbound marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
- Understanding of B2B prospecting, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and sales funnels.
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
- Strong research and data-gathering skills.
- Ability to identify the right companies, personas, and decision-makers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand a business problem and translate it into relevant outreach messaging.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, databases, and campaign dashboards.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, creative agencies, SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience working with high-value B2B or enterprise clients.
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience with email automation and outbound sequencing tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and CRM workflows.
- Experience generating leads for services rather than only selling a standard product.
- Familiarity with international B2B markets.
