Role Overview:
The HR Manager will own the entire employee lifecycle, from end-to-end recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and statutory compliance. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring our people operations align with our broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing) for technical, sales, and corporate roles.
- Job Postings: Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract top-tier talent in the electronics and battery manufacturing space.
- Onboarding: Design and execute high-quality onboarding and orientation plans to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Culture
- Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, counseling, and conflict resolution.
- Workplace Culture: Champion employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and team-building events.
3. Performance Management
- Appraisals: Oversee and manage the performance appraisal and evaluation systems.
- Career Growth: Partner with department heads to identify training needs, track skill gaps, and support employee development.
4. Compliance, Payroll, and Operations
- Labor Laws: Ensure 100% compliance with local and national labor laws, statutory requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle attendance, and process payroll and benefits in coordination with the finance team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Experience: 1 year of progressive HR experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing, energy, or a fast-paced hardware startup environment.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with computer operations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
