Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (as applicable)
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor company expenses and provide cost-control recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (customize as needed)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Excel)
- Understanding of taxation and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
