We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of sales associates, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, customer service, and promotions
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain store appearance and uphold company standards
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Familiarity with retail software and systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
