We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Present company products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
