Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct interactive theory and practical (hands-on) sessions based on standard healthcare frameworks like NSDC or the Healthcare Sector Skill Council.
- Skill Demonstration: Train students on essential medical skills, including basic anatomy, patient hygiene, first aid, vital monitoring, and patient mobility/shifting.
- Student Assessment: Design lesson plans, grade coursework, conduct mock tests, and evaluate clinical lab performance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain attendance, academic progress, and batch performance reports.
- Mentorship & Placement: Counsel students, help build soft skills, and prepare them for job placement interviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Typically a B.Sc. Nursing, GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery), or an equivalent Allied Health Sciences degree.
- Experience: Usually 3 to 5 years of clinical or teaching experience in a hospital, medical-surgical department, or educational institute.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
