Nablasol is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in managing the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, business-facing environment.
Location preference: Delhi (Mostly Remote role).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Support talent mapping and market research activities.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Prior internship, project experience, or exposure to recruitment will be preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn job posting.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 6-month internship and join immediately.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
