Zamorins Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading software development company based in Infopark Kochi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee and streamline the overall functioning of the organization
Qualification
Graduated in any discipline, preferably in computer science
Location Requirement
The candidate must reside within 8 kilometers of the Infopark Kakkanad Kochi office or be willing to relocate nearby for daily on-site presence
Experience
Seasoned professionals from the Government, State Central PSUs, or any reputed private companies are preferred
Experience in IT companies, software development, sales, and marketing is desirable
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the company's overall administration and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members, clients, vendors, and external partners. Strong written and verbal English proficiency is required.
- Use email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other business applications proficiently.
- Apply knowledge of business analysis, project management, artificial intelligence, and technology to support company operations and initiatives. Experience in these areas is desirable.
- Provide human resources support, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, maintaining employee records, and assisting with salary disbursement.
- Coordinate with external professionals, including auditors, tax consultants, banks, and the Company Secretary’s office, to support statutory filings, regulatory requirements, and compliance activities.
- Handle internet banking and other financial transactions related to company operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate content for social media posts related to the company, its products, services, and business activities.
- Support management with operational planning, documentation, reporting, follow-ups, and the timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required to support the company’s growth and business objectives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
