Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and employee time records.
- Manage leave applications and maintain leave balances.
- Address attendance discrepancies and communicate with employees regarding compliance.
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and labor laws.
- Support audits and maintain compliance documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Knowledge of Karnataka labor laws and HR practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
