Position: Sales Manager/Executive – Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales / Customer service with a focus on customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities -
- Identify potential clients in the customs clearance and logistics sector.
- Present, demo, and promote Unifo’s SaaS solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured pipeline management.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support in competitive analysis, pricing intelligence, and product benchmarking to strengthen the sales pitch.
- Work with Customer Success teams to enhance new customer onboarding experience and ensure seamless adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve feature adoption.
Requirements:•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to the logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or EXIM ecosystem preferred
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, OR strong domain experience in freight forwarding / customs brokerage with commercial orientation
- Field sales experience with enterprise or mid-market customers is an advantage
- Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with product, solutions, and customer success teams Educational Qualification -
- Engineering/MBA/Science/ Commerce Graduates.
