Plant Manager responsibilities and duties
- Manage daily operations in our plant facility
- Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility
- Test and monitor plant processes
- Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines
- Prepare, analyse and issue production and performance reports
- Maintain all administrative records
- Control costs to achieve company budget goals
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
- Handling stock management, inventory control, and material planning
- Monitoring inward and outward material movement
- Coordinating billing processes, dispatch documentation, and invoice verification
- Managing logistics, transportation, and timely dispatch of materials/products
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
