Stellarview Technologies designs and manufactures a secure edge-AI camera product. Final manufacturing runs in a dedicated, access-controlled production cell hosted within our manufacturing partner's facility in Noida. We are looking for a Factory Manager to own this cell end to end: to run SMT and assembly production to plan, hold the line on quality, act as custodian of the product's cryptographic identity, and own our manufacturing audit and compliance records.
This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role and the single point of accountability for everything that leaves the cell. You will direct what is built and to what standard, while our manufacturing partner manages its own production workforce.
Oversee the SMT and assembly process end to end: pick-and-place, reflow, stencil printing, AOI, through-hole, and hand assembly, ensuring each step meets specification.
Own every quality gate, from incoming inspection through in-process checks, functional test, optical and focus calibration, and final QC.
Security and cryptographic key custody
Serve as custodian of the product's cryptographic key material, including controlled storage and the end-of-day key archival to the company's secure cloud vault, with daily reporting of device counts and archive confirmation to the CTO.
Maintain lot and serial traceability across components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods, and keep stock reconciled.
Own the manufacturing audit file and keep the cell audit-ready at all times: access logs, traceability, ESD compliance, counterfeit-mitigation controls, and record retention.
Required qualifications and experience
Strong, practical command of the SMT line: pick-and-place, reflow, stencil and solder-paste printing, AOI, and changeover, plus through-hole and hand assembly.
Experience setting up, qualifying, or transferring an SMT line, including feeder setup, reflow-profile tuning, and managing changeovers between products.
Exposure to regulated or security-certified electronics manufacturing, for example STQC, BIS, or similar schemes.
