About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Estate Manager to oversee the overall management and administration of a commercial building. The role involves handling accounts, vendor coordination, documentation, compliance-related work, staff supervision, and day-to-day estate operations to ensure smooth functioning of the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts & Financial Management
- Maintain daily accounts, expense records, and payment tracking
- Manage petty cash, invoices, bills, and financial documentation
- Coordinate rent collections, utility payments, and vendor payments
- Handle salary distribution and payroll coordination for staff
- Building & Estate Management
- Supervise overall maintenance and operations of the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility staff
- Ensure timely repair, upkeep, and smooth functioning of all services
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises and report issues proactively
- Documentation & Administrative Work
- Maintain property files, agreements, licenses, and official records
- Handle documentation, paperwork, filing, and record management
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational updates as required
- Support management in administrative and office-related tasks
- Compliance & Government Coordination
- Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for licenses, approvals, and compliance matters
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory documents and registrations
- Maintain compliance-related records and follow-up documentation
- Vendor & Procurement Management
- Source and coordinate vendors for maintenance and operational requirements
- Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and services
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of required items
- Maintain vendor records and payment coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Administration, Management, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in estate, facility, property, or administrative management
- Good knowledge of accounts handling and documentation processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic accounting systems

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
