Add-ons Manager
Job Summary:
The Add-ons Manager drives incremental revenue by monetizing store assets. The Role combines space selling, shop-in-shop planning, agreement management, and rental documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spaces Selling Manager
v Identify sellable spaces: entrance lobby, billing counters, parking, pillars, digital screens
v Prepare rate cards and pitch to brands/advertisers for promotions
v Negotiate rentals for hoardings, standees, kiosks, sampling zones
v Ensure 90%+ occupancy of all monetizable spaces monthly
2. Shop-in-Shop Planner
v Plan layout and zoning for brand-led shop-in-shop formats
v Coordinate with VM and projects team for setup/installation
v Align brand SOPs with store guidelines and customer flow
v Track sales performance of each SIS and share insights
3. Agreement Planner
v Draft and vet commercial terms for all brand/space tie-ups
v Coordinate with legal team for MOUs, NOCs, and service agreements
v Track agreement expiry, renewals, and rate revisions
v Maintain agreement tracker in Excel with key clauses
4. Rent / Advance Documentation
v Collect and verify rent/advance payments from vendors
v Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain payment schedules
v Prepare monthly outstanding reports and follow up for collection
v Ensure all deposits, TDS, and GST compliance on rental income
5. Reporting & Coordination
v Maintain master tracker of all add-on revenue streams in Excel
v Use Excel for MIS: Pivot, VLOOKUP, aging reports
v Coordinate with accounts for billing and reconciliation
v Forecast monthly add-on revenue based on pipeline.
Qualification
Education: Graduate; MBA/BBA preferred
Skills: Negotiation, documentation, vendor management
Excel: Intermediate - formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, strong communication
