Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building
Develop partnerships with corporate offices, cafes, retail stores, event planners, gifting companies, and other relevant businesses
Pitch products and services confidently to potential customers and business clients
Convert leads into paying customers through effective follow-ups and persuasive communication
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets
Customer Engagement & Communication
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, email, and in-person meetings
Communicate product offerings clearly and convincingly
Resolve customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
Represent the brand positively with excellent personal presentation and communication skills
Marketing & Growth Support
Contribute innovative ideas for promotions, customer acquisition, partnerships, and local marketing campaigns
Assist in planning creative marketing initiatives to increase visibility and sales
Support promotional events, exhibitions, pop-ups, and business networking activities
Research competitors and suggest growth opportunities
Digital & Operational Support
Manage lead tracking and customer records using Excel / Google Sheets
Create professional sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
Use WhatsApp Business effectively for customer communication and lead nurturing
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideas, sales messaging, research, and productivity enhancement
Maintain organized reporting of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance

Comfortable with travel within the city for sales activities

Freshers are welcome to apply
Prior sales / business development / customer-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Candidates with experience in food, FMCG, retail, hospitality, gifting, or direct sales will be preferred
