About the Role
City Line Interiors is looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, lead generation, SEO, social media marketing, and campaign analytics, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for user experience and conversion optimization.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and optimize content campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign assets and marketing materials.
Mandatory Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and lead generation funnels.
