Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models and may engage with various AI techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the delivery of innovative and efficient AI-driven products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving efforts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-quality AI pipelines.
- Skilled in integrating AI solutions with existing systems and ensuring scalability and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
