Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- HSC / Graduate in any field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
