Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble machine structures, components according to blueprints, 2D/3D models, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Precision Alignment: Perform exact component alignment and leveling using precision instruments like dial indicators and laser alignment tools.
- Pneumatics & Hydraulics: Install and route pneumatic cylinders, valves, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshooting & Testing: Support trial runs, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and diagnose/resolve complex mechanical or assembly issues during the build phase.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage manufacturing drawings, track part assembly sequences, and prepare reports to continuously improve assembly time and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical or Production Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in assembling, installing, and commissioning SPMs or automated assembly lines.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and interpreting GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to reference designs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
