As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing and developing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with business users, you will define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving needs.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Document process flows and create visual representations to communicate ideas effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft InfoPath.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and process optimization.
- Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft InfoPath.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
