Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales closures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project knowledge.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidate must possess a valid driving license.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for field visits and client meetings.
- Familiarity with the Noida real estate market will be an added advantage.
