Job Description:
We are looking for a performance-driven Team Leader to manage and lead a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Executives at our Noida Sector 63 office. The ideal candidate will take strong ownership of team productivity, monitor real-time sales metrics, and guide the team toward meeting daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor 10-15 Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive adherence to daily KPIs: Connected calls, Talk time, Demo bookings, and Referrals.
- Run daily team huddles, manage performance reports, and implement PIPs where required.
- Support the team in handling escalations and closing high-value leads.
- Ensure strict organizational compliance regarding attendance and process quality.
Required Profile & Skills:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in Inside Sales / Telecalling (Minimum 1-2 years leading a team).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Hindi (Mandatory) + Good English fluency.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of CRM tracking, MIS dashboards, and sales funnels.
- High ownership, target-driven attitude, and sharp leadership skills.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Day shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
