Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data in the system
- Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat with a friendly, professional approach
- Follow up on leads and support the sales team in converting prospects
- Track customer interactions and update records accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Generate reports and share insights on customer engagement
What We're Looking For
