Prime Capitals Nidhi Limited is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, mobilizing deposits, promoting company products, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities for Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and other company products.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets assigned by management.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct promotional activities and customer meetings to increase business.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide product information and financial solutions based on customer needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Expansion
- Analyze local market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase branch business and market share.
- Identify potential areas for expansion and customer acquisition.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and field staff to achieve business goals.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Submit regular business reports to management.
Compliance
- Ensure all customer onboarding and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and business reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Nidhi Company, Insurance, Finance, or Sales.
- Fresh candidates with strong sales skills may also apply.
