Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across all roles—chefs, kitchen staff, store teams, and corporate hiring—while also managing core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- End-to-end hiring for all roles (chefs, bakers, store & corporate staff)
- Job postings, screening, interview coordination
- Building strong talent pipelines
- Bulk hiring for new store launches
- Onboarding & documentation
HR Operations
- Managing employee records & documentation
- Offer letters, contracts & HR policies
- Payroll coordination & attendance tracking
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws
Employee Engagement
- Driving retention & engagement initiatives
- Handling employee concerns
- Supporting performance review processes
Training & Development
- Coordinating onboarding & training programs
- Working with operations team for staff development
HR Strategy
- Improving HR processes for a growing organization
- Supporting franchise HR needs
- Workforce planning & structuring
