We are seeking a detail-oriented GIS Engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Map Maintenance: Digitizing, updating, and maintaining accurate parcel boundaries and land parcel layers using ArcGIS Pro.
- Revenue Data Integration: Linking spatial land data with tabular ownership records, tax rolls, and transaction histories.
- Spatial Analysis: Conducting spatial analysis to identify discrepancies, such as tax parcels missing from maps, overlapping ownership claims, and potential revenue gaps.
- Reporting & Visualization: Creating and updating digital map products, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders in land administration.Required Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- Software: Expert-level proficiency in ArcGIS.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with DWGs, cadastral data, and cadastral survey methods.
- . Experience: 2+ years of experience in GIS, preferably in revenue, land records, or tax assessment fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Geography, GIS, Surveying, or related field" grammar check and correct this. and reframe this with a better profesional corporate lingual .
