We are looking for a responsible and proactive Tender & Project Executive for our Fire Safety company. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete process from tender submission to project/site coordination and execution. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple activities efficiently.
- Search and identify relevant fire safety tenders on GEM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within timelines
- Handle tender documentation including compliance sheets, BOQs, certifications, EMDs, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams for quotations and documentation
- Review tender specifications and prepare technical compliance accordingly
- Manage project execution after order finalization
- Coordinate with site teams for installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities
- Monitor material dispatch, site progress, and project timelines
- Attend client meetings and coordinate for approvals and documentation
- Maintain records of tenders, purchase orders, project updates, and billing status
- Ensure smooth completion of projects as per client requirements
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
