Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store Development & Maintenance
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores.
- Build custom Shopify sections, templates, and landing pages.
- Implement Shopify theme customizations according to business requirements.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices.
- Improve website speed, performance, and user experience.
Front-End Development
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and Shopify APIs.
- Convert design mockups into responsive Shopify pages.
- Create engaging and conversion-focused UI/UX elements.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
App Integration & Management
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Shopify apps.
- Integrate third-party tools such as:
- Payment Gateways
- Email Marketing Tools
- CRM Systems
- Analytics Tools
- Customer Support Apps
- Optimize app usage while maintaining website performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Create and optimize landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing recommendations.
- Improve website conversion rates and customer journey.
- Optimize checkout experience.
Technical SEO
- Implement on-page Shopify SEO best practices.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page loading speed.
- Optimize schema markup, metadata, and site structure.
- Monitor and fix technical SEO issues.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Identify and resolve website bugs and technical issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates.
- Ensure website security and functionality.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Minimum 1 year of Shopify development experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Shopify Liquid
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Shopify Theme Development
- Experience with Shopify App Integrations.
- Understanding of Shopify APIs.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify Plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel and Conversion API.
- Experience with PageFly, GemPages, Replo, or similar builders.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with eCommerce brands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of professional Shopify development experience.
- Portfolio showcasing Shopify stores and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
