Position: BPO International Voice Process Executive
Location: West Tambaram, Chennai
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process (Outbound).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Accurately update customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies and client quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass (Candidates with relevant experience are preferred).
