Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cyber Security Faculty to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training in cyber security. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in cybersecurity tools and methodologies, and the ability to mentor students for industry certifications and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on Cyber Security concepts.
- Train students in ethical hacking, penetration testing, network security, digital forensics, and security operations.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions using industry-standard tools and virtual lab environments.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and practical examinations.
- Guide students in certification preparation such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, and related certifications.
- Keep course content updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Mentor students in capstone projects and real-world cybersecurity scenarios.
- Assist the placement team by preparing students for technical interviews and aptitude assessments.
- Maintain attendance, student progress reports, and academic records.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and awareness programs organized by the institute.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Cyber Security training or the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops is preferred.
- Practical experience in VAPT, SOC operations, incident response, or security consulting is an added advantage.
