The JD (Job Description) for an Application Development Center (ADC) role at Anabond generally includes responsibilities related to product/application support, customer technical service, testing, and development of industrial adhesive solutions.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Developing and testing adhesive/sealant applications. Capturing and documenting Voice of Customer (VoC) from customers during new product developments / customer complaints
- Supporting customers with technical solutions
- Conducting product trials , leading application development, validation, and test method creation for new and existing products
- Preparing technical reports and documentation
- Coordinating with production, R&D, and sales teams
- Troubleshooting application-related issues
- Support QA during internal, customer, and certification audits
- Visiting customer plants for demonstrations or support
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including trials and demonstrations
- Validate and document new developments in coordination with R&D and production
Common qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or related engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
