Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (data entry, updates, segmentation, and hygiene)
- Develop and execute customer engagement and retention strategies
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities
- Create and manage email/SMS/marketing automation campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM strategies
- Track campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the CRM system
- Optimize customer journeys and lifecycle touchpoints
- Implement CRM best practices and improve processes continuously
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
