We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive for our jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, generating leads, promoting jewellery products, handling client inquiries, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers, and prospective clients.
- Introduce and promote company jewellery collections and services.
- Generate new business leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, rates, orders, and schemes.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order-related communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Collect market feedback and share updates with management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products and market preferred.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/software is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Qualification
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer handling.
- Jewellery industry experience preferred.
