Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of elevator marketing and be fluent in multiple languages to effectively connect with a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and marketing materials to prospective clients.
- Regularly report on marketing activities and results to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
- Basic knowledge of elevator marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Willingness to travel and manage fieldwork.
