Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- Help users resolve issues in the application.
- Follow up with trial users and convert them to paid customers.
- Send subscription renewal reminders and payment follow-ups.
- Assist customers with onboarding and training.
- Maintain customer records and support tickets.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug reports and feature requests.
- Prepare weekly customer support and subscription reports for management.
- Escalate critical customer issues and potential business opportunities to management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Perform other administrative and customer success tasks as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 per year
