Job Overview:
IT Tutor Pro is hiring an experienced Tnternational Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our IT certification programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and experience handling international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international leads (primarily US).
- Explain IT training programs and career paths.
- Follow up with interested candidates and close enrollments.
- Maintain call records and update CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in international telecalling or sales.
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
- Experience with US clients preferred.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Education or ed-tech sales experience is a plus.
